This baby elephant is walking so close to its mother, and it looks so tiny (relatively speaking) that it must be very young indeed, and clearly it feels safe and secure walking next to its mother. Especially, when the mother has her trunk hanging alongside to comfort and help the little one. David manages to capture how gentle these giants can be. Beautiful!
