​Purchases
All our prints are sold unmounted and unframed unless a framing opton has also been selected before purchase.

Buying online from Wildlife Sketches is designed to be straightforward and easy.
​
Follow the links to our Shop page, and just click the print/s you wish to buy.
They will be added to a Shopping cart where you can then choose your preferred method of payment; You can now choose to pay either directly by Credit or Debit card through STRIPE, or you can use PayPal's services,
Or you can, spread the payment into installments, with either Klarna, Clearpay or Laybuy, just choose which option you prefer and complete your purchase, or continue shopping.

​STRIPE and ​​​​PayPal both offer many great features, including fantastic security, easy use, and customer familiarity.

Klarna, pay in 3 installments or in 30 days with no interest

Laybuy, spread the cost over 6 equal weekly payments with no interest

Clearpay, spread the cost over 4 equal fortnightly payments with no interest

​Total Costs
The total price will always include postage and packing unless otherwise stated.
Postage within the UK will be automatically calculated when you place an order
This postage charge includes a small amount for the packaging.

Shipping costs for locations outside the United Kingdom

For shipping costs of goods to locations outside of the United Kingdom please email before purchasing if at all possible, to confirm the shipping costs to your location.
Prints cannot be dispatched unless shipping costs have been paid in full.

​Import Duties and Local Taxes
For Items shipped to locations outside of the United Kingdom payment of all Import Duties and Purchase Taxes incurred is the sole responsibility of the buyer, not Wildlife Sketches.
Please check with your country's relevant authority for information about any Import Duties and Taxes relating to your purchases from Wildlife Sketches.
All prices for artwork sold through Wildlife Sketches are exempt from VAT.

​Delivery Timescale
​
We aim to process and ship all authorized orders within 14 days of receipt of your order.
However, please allow up to 28 days for international orders and during busy periods such as Christmas.

Returns Policy
​
Should any of our products arrive damaged please return the items to us within 14 days, including all the packaging and we will endeavour to resolve your issue satisfactorily.
Every care is taken when processing orders and all shipments are fully insured, they should always arrive in perfect condition.
We only ship items through reputable couriers.

​​​Wherever possible we will either:

Provide a replacement of the prints damaged in shipping

Offer you an appropriate alternative print of the same value as the damaged print

Offer a refund where no acceptable alternative can be found

You may also use the value of the damaged print/s towards other purchases from Wildlife Sketches instead of a replacement or refund should you choose.
Just contact us and we will do our very best to resolve the issue amicably and to your satisfaction.

Wildlife Sketches will never pass on, sell or share any customer details with any Third Parties.
We only retain data useful for the purpose of improving our services and enhancing the Wildlife Sketches website.
From time to time we may email you with news of promotional offers from Wildlife Sketches or new print releases from David Dancey-Wood via our Newsletter.
You may at any time choose not to receive these updates from Wildlife Sketches.
Simply email or call us and we will remove your details from our mailing list. We will not contact you again after that.
Wildlife Sketches will use cookies to help us understand how visitors to our website use our features.
Cookies are located within your browser, and can easily be disabled should you feel the need to do this.
